Windows is celebrating 15 years together this year with Authors & Artists No 7 due end September. The book will promote new writers who have not yet had a full length collection published.
This year we hope to have 15 contributors.

There will be slots for 8/10 poets - two of which will be translations and/or the Irish Language.

There will also be slots for 3 or so short-story writers/novelists/playwrights - we will accept work in progress.

We are hoping to carry illustrations by two artists – one/both may be in colour and photographers are welcome to enter.

Please send: Up to 12 poems
3 stories/prose pieces (max 5,000 wds per piece)
10 jpegs /illustrations/photos of artwork for consideration.

There is no fee for entry or payment except in books and promotion.
Windows will have a series of launches in Cavan, Dublin and elsewhere.
Contributors will be asked to attend and read from their work or exhibit their paintings etc. Each contributor will have up to ten pages (or near) plus a photo and bio page for their work. Entries can be by email to this address or by post with accompanying text on disc/floppy as well as hard copy.
